Order Tracking

You will receive updates via email on your order including shipping. Tracking numbers are to be used upon receipt. Please track your packages to ensure proper and safe delivery. We are not responsible for damage done to your product during the shipping and delivery process.

Local Pickup or Delivery

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  We do not ship internationally at the point.  

Delivery Estimates

We ship with USPS priority, UPS, and FedEx. All orders are shipped daily. Custom items will take longer. Shipping will vary depending on your location but should take 1-3 business days.

Incorrect Address

If you have accidentally shipped your package to the wrong address, we are not liable for shipping or replacement of item cost.  Please contact us ASAP!!!  However changes cannot be guaranteed.  Customers are responsible for tracking your own packages, it is out of our hands once package is in transit.

Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered 

Most packages arrive on time. On rare occasions, the tracking may show as “delivered” but it looks like your package has not arrived.

Ask the relevant carrier if there is more information about the location of the package.

Note: Some carriers may deliver until 10 pm.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it: 

  • Verify the shipping address in your orders.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location for your package.
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so. 
  • Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail. Some packages travel through multiple carriers.
  • Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
  • If you haven’t received your package, contact us within 30 days of expected delivery. We’ll do everything we can to help.

Note: If it is an order sold and shipped by a third-party seller, contact the seller directly for assistance.
